| | | No. You might have "dated", but you aren't dating. Dating is when you call, talk, email, IM, etc. somewhat (more than this) frequently and go on dates on occasion as well.
Dating does not have to be exclusive. Just because you guys are dating, doesn't mean he can't "date" someone else, same with you.
Sleeping with, "being with", girlfriend with...etc. are all a whole other ball of wax where the much dreaded "exclusive" part of a relationship comes into play.
