ok i have an update on the situation. i talked to this guy i told him i guess sometimes i just get a little confused about you and me... don't know what we are...don't know what you want.
he says this: sorry i don't mean to confuse you i just figure you have alot to deal with, with your ex and you son and i want to be there but i don't want to complicate your life more..so i'm trying to give you space and not rush things. i don't know were i fit into your life right now, and i know your are having issues with ex at times and you have your son to take care of so i know that you have other things on your mind. just know i'm here for you, even it is just to talk. he also said he considers us dating which i wasn't sure of either.
so it seems like he cares but i don't know do you thinks this is an excuse or do you think he really means all this?

No one here can tell you if this guy means what he says. Obvisously he cared enough to say what he did, so sometimes you just have to take that as is. It can be hard to do, but give him the benefit of the doubt for now and just believe that he means what he says. Only time will tell what will happen with you two. Just try to clear the negative thoughts and let it flow. :-D
