Just how do i get her to speak up? Get her attention, and maybe expres myself to her ?

hi mark, i'm not sure who you are referring to, how much you feel for her.

well, here are my suggestions..
if she's shy and maybe more of a private person, and you seriously like her, you can try saying hi to her each time you see her.

when you got her to notice you, think of some topics, maybe like how's work? how's your day?... stuffs lidat

go slow, dun scare her away.

Maybe being more direct then, without being overly aggressive. "Would you mind if I asked you out to dinner sometime?" This is just an idea, some guys out there may have a better suggestion. But being shy myself I wouldn't be put off if someone asked me this.
