hi everyone.. im 16, I have recently started dating a girl and i just want to know how important it is to let the first part of a relationship to just chill and don't go to fast, It seems like i alwayss fall in love, i tell them i love them and i think they get scared by it. I guess i just care alot about them.. Whenever i do start dating someone to i cann never stop thinking about them either and this really bugs me. Because i can never concentrate on something. Like im cool when i know they don't like me but when i do find out someone likes me i turn into a whole different person? I just act different i guess, A

any suggestions on how to start a relationship,how much time i should spend with them, or anything!! hehe thanks

i know exactly what you mean, i have the same problem, it totally screws up my relationships aswell. no idea what to do about it, very very annoying.

hi, since you basically have the same problem as me heres someone's advice they gave me in another forum..'

"One thing is to make sure the other person is feeling the same way as you are. That way you are always move forward with that person and not back. How well do you know this girl? Just take the time to get to know her and how she acts around you. The "Love" word is thrown around so much these days, just don't say it to say it. I mean, Love is SO strong and so powerful, it can move mountains. Love doesn't just go away or change it's mind, it's constant. If you feel you change and turn into a different person it's because there's a bit of risk involved in the relationship, you care for them dearly and are afraid of getting hurt, it's understandable, but don't let it control you to the point that you become clingy, needy, or just a whole different person."
