Ok, we're both 16 and i haven't had too much relationship experience, she is one of my best mates, im always with her and have liked her for ages but only plucked up the courage to ask her recently. I just asked her out and she said she saw me as more the a mate. What do i do? Leave it as "just friends" or work on it for something more?
I'm really depressed at the moment, and currently drowning my sorrows in a 12 crate of carling.
It would be very helpful for any info...thanks.

She doesnt think of me in the same way i feel about her basically, she sees me as a friend.
So, talk to her more, and work on getting closer to her?

If she said that she only thinks of you as a friend you can work on her but don't expect too much. Sometimes it never happens so be ready for anything.

Not "More then" but he said "More as"..you numb skull. She sees him more as a friend/mate...NOT ..More then a friend/mate. Obviously more then a friend mate is a lover.
