my gf and i fight to much
okay, ive been dating my current girlfriend since feb.Her name is Cath. when we first got together, i wouldnt class it as much of a relationship, we were both unsure of each other. she would never tell me anything. we would never talk. that made me feel so bad and unsure. so i ended up falling for another girl - Kahlia. so in april i broke up with Cath to date Kahlia. that lasted all of two weeks. i couldnt get my mind off cath. during that time cath and i talked, we also had fights, but i didnt think it was serious. so by the end of april i was back with cath.
but the fights didnt stop, they only got worse, we will fight maybe 2 or 3 times in a week. sometimes less, often more. i try so hard to not, but i get so worked up, and its like its physically not possible for me stop myself saying shit.
what can i do?

sometimes people get so emotional and cant control how they behave its silly a fight is a fight it does not overlap all the good things that you have. some teqnuiqes:
Dont place blame we naturally have a blame detector and when that alarm goes off the other person becomes defensive and well they stop listening.
take some time and learn whne to stop, sometimes things escalate and then things just go downward from there my suggestion spoon this works even if you are at your maddest spoon with clothes on however, you will feel that the communication lines open quickly,
always aknowlage your partner
accept them, this is a hard one
& appreciate them
