Thinking about a girl, I hardly know.. Am I Insane? or a bit..

Hello Folks,

I'd love all the advice willing to put out to me,... Ok my story is a bit messed up to say the least..

Ok I went on holiday to Canada with two of my friends from here in Scotland to visit my family, and being 22 I went out with a couple of my friends to a few bars etc and on my 2nd last night there we decide to go downtown Toronto.

I end up at this bar and on my way to the washroom I meet this guy-James and start talking to him and his g/friend-Steph, we end up outside where we talk to a girl who works at the bar but she's outside working as security or valet or something. We all get talking, and have a laugh and get our pictures taken etc.

So I start talking to the bar girl, and she compliments my jeans and says she 'really likes' them. So James goes over and tells me he thinks that girl likes me and go speak to her in that way, I say 'no she won't like me', 'out of my league' sort of thing.. so he goes over and talks to her and comes back and tells me that she says she likes guys like me who are nice guys, I can't remember if he said she liked ME but he seemed to think I should go talk to her. , I'm not sure as I had some alcohol inside me.. but anyhow , the couple i just met like 1hr ago say 'we should meet up again' and his g/friend steph says 'yeah and try and get a girl for you boys(meaning me and my 2 friends)' and james says' oh don't worry about kevin, he's already got one' (i think meaning the bar girl)..

Ok the bar girl goes inside as she was working after all and then we all decide to go home but the dissapointing part for me is,
- I never got a chance to meet the couple again (james/stephanie) as my family planned a surprsie trip to Niagara Falls the next day.

-And then the next day I had to catch my flight home...

Ok I'm back home here thinking am I insane? thinking about this bar-girl that for all I personally heard from her was 'she liked my jeans, I woosed out of asking her out on the last night because I didn't think she'd like me and now I'm thinking what have I done?

Yeah it might have not worked out, and yeah i was on holiday but i had already applied for a program doing a year out work in canada before i went on holiday.. So I might be back in Toronto very soon if I get my working visa accepted.

my question is.... did this girl really like me? am i insane still thinking about her? would I be nuts if I phoned her work and spoke to her?

It's weird because I have met a few girls before, you know I have had realtionships and met girls in bars, college classes, through interest classes etc and never felt like this before over a girl... maybe it's the not knowing that is on my mind.

anyhoo's I better rush this up, Sorry for it being so long and confusing... and any advice would be much appreicated thanks again for your ideas folks..

It would be nice to hear a womans opinon as you might be able to help me out...

Well, if thinking about a girl you hardly know makes you insane then I am uberly super insane. I have been thinking of a girl for about 8 years and all I know about her is that I love her. Anyways, your story ..umm...so what jeans were they..so I can get some..jeans that attract girls...I should stop wearing cargo pants even though I like them so much. I think she liked you and no you are not insane..but if you are then we can be both insane together. Im not a female though so if you want thier opinion you must wait...they tend to be wierd on here though.

I dont thinkt Tone is in a good mood today. But what do I know, maybe he's not in a good mood anyday. You're not insane but you need to forget about her and go to the local bars to find a new girl.

Cheers for the replies and the thoughts. I am not really sure what I'll do, still haven't really thought it over. The idea of just leaving it and she'll always be perfect sounds really nice. The only thing is I might be moving to Toronto on a visa program so part of me what's to try and become friends with her, We did get on really well and chatted for a while and I was just dissapointed that the way I left... It was like if I gave her my e-mail/address etc I could have just waited for an e-mail..

As for the jeans only-virgin haha.. That was her first line to me ''I love your pants, they are really nice''.. They were dark blue jeans with a brown bit round the knees, Honestly not as disgusting as it sounds!
