New job and new interest!

Hi guys.

I just started a new job 3 weeks ago. There is this Mexican woman there that is drop dead gorgeous! I work in the IS department and she works in another department across the company. Any ways, we have cubicles chest high and she sits in the middle one in the middle of the room. So, I usually get to check her out on a daily basis walking back to my department...and when she has been wearing a skirt she has caught me stealing glances her way.

She comes to the IS department a lot and chats up the other folks there. When she is there she totally ignores me as if I don't exist. I'll said a quick "hi" in the hall to her and I got a quick "hi" back, but that has been the extent of our talking. My co-workers are the "rawdy" kind, so trying to break into her conversations with my co-workers might prove to be disastrous!

Short of breaking her computer is there a safe way of approaching her? It's like she is ignoring me on purpose. Is this some type of reverse sociology at work?
