    What exactly does "Hook Up" Mean?

    Well there is a girl, and i really only talked to her in "quick terms". Like sup and hello, whats going on...Well today she came up and asked me if i wanted to hook up with her..I am like sure...
    So i am metting her again tomorrow...

    Questions: what exactly does she mean by saying "i want to hook up with you". Like am i supposed to kiss her or what...

    Anything i should be prepared for? Advice?
