Is it normal?

I'll be breif and this question might seem a little weird...

Is it normal for a girl to be really friendly one day and the next day for no reason at all not say a word, or be breif in conversation. This one girl at my school will be really flirty and touchy for oh say 2 or 3 days at a time, and then for the next 4 days she won't talk to me at all, and when i try to talk to her pretty much blows me off.
