i knew when i fell for my boyfriend when we were out for dinner and i got a bit tipsy at the dinner table. i dropped my fork into my plate and i got all embarrassed. he then cradled my face with his hand and whispered to me "its ok". thats when he got me.
so any other equally mushy stories?

Sorry, smiley, I am not too much of a sap. The one or two times I felt like a sap are to be kept private for my own pleasure. I am selfish with my sappy memories.

What's so romantic about that story? You probably couldn't keep your head straight. And why wouldn't it be okay? It's just a fork. I dont know when I 'knew' with my Ex. I started seeing her on the rebound so we had a very rocky start. But we were together for 4+ yrs so.......

Sap = sickeningly sweet, or perhaps in a less kind way could be used in place of "idiot". I was using it to mean sickeningly sweet.
