If there's a girl that you really liked alot, but knowing that she isnt allow to date yet just cause of the parent, and knowing the parent is saving her for you... but you feel that you needed to hang out more to get to know each other, knowing that you cant cause of the parent, what would you do? would you wait for her and the parent to say went she is ready for you? and just give up and keep looking? or just tell her that when she ready, i am ready too.
I would wait for the parent to let her go out with you, and then go out with her. You sound pretty young so you have plenty of time, besides odds are you will only have one shot with her, so do it right, because odds are you wont get another chance.
Besides your feelings for her shouldn't change because her parent doesn't want you to be with her yet, so how could you give up and search for someone else?
Request Authorization for parental approval to get to know their daughter (Which is what dating is). Get the form signed in duplicates and keep a copy for later disputes.

if you like her go for it. I dont see why parents are so over bearing. my mom was the complete other way and i dont smoke drink have sex(yet ) I would get to know her better and just be prepaired that if her parents control her life now what would happen when you start dating?
