I am friends with this girl i like, but i never asked her out because right now we dont like have much time to hang out, so it would be quite awkward just to come out with it...

Now i know her best friend too, and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to ask her like best female friend to hook me up with her? like maybe like ask her friend to like talk to her about me or something...

Yeah, don't have the girl hook you up. That's like sending out a memo letting everyone know you're a wuss. At the most, ask the friend if she has any idea as to whether or not this girl has any interest in you. But if you ask her out, make sure you do it yourself.
