Lost in hazy windows of green
The heart and mind not clearly seen
Hearing eyes that cry at night
Tears that often blue all sight.
Hard rain falls on clouds of dust
Drowning screams to a quiet lust.
Take these whispers from my hand
Drain your soul and try to stand.

Take a picture in your mind
Frown at it, burned from time.
You don't remember to forget the pain
Tear it up and begin again.
Fabricated lies, you cry
I say no then close your eyes.
Blood from you, wash away the hurt
Stare at my heart, shove my face in the dirt.

Touching me holds the grace of night
Perverted blackness scorch the light.
A kiss from you like fireflies
Caught by children, then one dies.
Swimming in a sea of dreams,
nothing is ever what we seem.

At one point in my young life, I thought I did find myself...knowing who I was. But then after High school, and meeting/loving Nikki of whom I dated and now broken up with...I find a whole new part of life. This life is confusing and very dark, so now im learning and trying to find my ways around a very different future...then i once thought I was going to live.

Innova, everything happens for a reason, there is something for you out there in life...and it will be great for YOU! You'll get through this period in your life, trust me. I think we've all been there at one point, and wonder what life has to offer, but you have to know it's up to you to get there...have faith in yourself hon, that you can have the life you desire...
