Haven't written much poetry before, but I was just laying in my bed writing in my journal one day, and this just kinda popped in my head...


I couldn't live without your voice
To calm and soothe my fear
A voice so gentle just like an angel's
Assures me that you're near

I couldn't live without your eyes
To look into every time and see
Your magical world where our dreams come true
I could gaze for eternity.

I couldn't live without your touch
Your arms around me in warm embrace
Gentle caresses of little sweet kisses
So soft like delicate lace.

I couldn't live without your love,
Your smile, your care, your kiss
You're all I need to just go on
Without you, I’d be lifeless
