| No Title I sat across the bench as the lady gave you the roses.
I did not have the courage to approach you and give you the flowers.
In my mind, I knew that you didn't even recognize my existance.
It made me feel better knowing that those were only my thoughts for you,
but in reality, I knew my odds were shy.
I remember this one night on stage, I recited a speech.
I am not too sure how the speech was compiled or which word followed which.
But I do remember a stretch of it,
"On this day, it would be shameful to remark about doubts and regrets.
But consider this, what if you look back and contemplate about things you
could have done differently? Looking ahead is not the hardest part, the hardest part
is to look back without doubts or regret."
In retrospect, you might say that one can often give advice but never listen to their own.

Jason smith, I sat beside you in grade 4, Emily Swanson.
I knew I had more than enough chances to tell you my feelings all through high school.
But I loved you the moment I met you. What held me back was not the fear of rejection.
It's because I knew that even if there was a chance for something more, it wouldn't have happend.
