same..they say its just a fiction? is it? cause i hear there are some truths too like some about Opus Dei but not sure on the paintings. It's like National Treasure, but instead of the declaration or something its the Mona Lisa and the Last Supper and some other paintings too..theres something beneath it all lol

the reviews aren't great.. apparently one reviewer said how it's amazing that it's even possible to make such a bad movie from a reasonable book.
But it's a massive success boxoffice wise-- at this point I don't really care if it's bad I just want to be able to join the debate. plus i'm told it's about something I believe in; that jesus was just a regular guy. In the movie the church is in some kind of conspiracy to cover it up and such, i'm not sure, only my bf has seen it. Sounds spiffy and i'm glad that it's a topic that's being brought up for discussion, even if it is in a bad movie.
