OV - making teenagers look smarter than adults is a theme that's been around forever, and this movie WAS a comedy. 
I liked the movie more than I expected to, but it was entertainment. If they made a movie about what REALLY happens to teenage girls who get pregnant, no one would want to see it.

also, the acting was a total rip off of american beauty. even the actresses looked the same.
