Ok, I don't want to do it. I did have a healthy lunch at Sweet Tomato's today. Nice salad! I love and enjoy food way too much. At least I though of it doing it right?

I like it (tho I complain) b/c it makes my skin look really great & its breaks my caffeine addiction. I don't like being addicted to anything, so its a way of controlling that. I doubt it does much healthwise for ppl who eat healthy to begin with.
There are other forms of cleanse, btw. Raw fruits & vegs only, fruit juice only, water only (yikes). Really, its just a type of fast.
