| Austin Powers 3: Goldmember I saw this movie yesterday and despite the reviews all of my friends gave me I was truly disappointed. It made the mistake I thought it would from seeing the previews. It simply tried too damn hard to be funny and ended up sacrificing a decent plot to do so. During the movie I ended up asking myself what was going on because things just kinda hopped around from joke to joke. And maybe I'm just expecting too much from my comedies nowadays, but I didn't laugh out loud once during this movie. It only got a few smiles and one chuckle out of me, and I usually laugh a lot at comedies. All in all I think it was a mistake and tried far too hard. Let me know what you think.
