I don't know what you consider "crapy", but "more than words" by Extreme is beautiful, also "I keep a close watch" by John Cale is a very touching song.

Here's a GREAT one.

"Making Memories of Us" by Keith Urban. It's entirely acoustic. It's semi-easy to play on guitar. The lyrics are incredible.
