VERY important. My gf went to culinary school so she cooks elaborately for me. And her food is soooooooo goooood. Dating a girl who cant cook....thats like dating a guy with no confidence.

Of course its important, how else am I gonna eat dinner. Honestly though, if a couple consists of two people working, I think both people should cook, but it is equally important for each one to know how to cook. But if the woman is a homemaker, or taking care of the kids, its important that she be a good cook, because I know once I'm in the workforce, I want to come home to a hot meal.

I never really got into cooking when i was younger but I knew how to do it. Now I cook all the time. I like making my own recipes! Around the holidays I always make Chicken and Dumplings. I love it it's so yummy!!!!
