| | | Gathering Wool The Internet is the cosmic consciousness Carl Jung theorized and is an instance of "if it's conceived, it eventually becomes real."
LF is a composite consciousness. A person reads this or that post in one or another thread in no particular order; remembers some things, forgets others, and is vaguely influenced by yet others. Altogether, a person leaves off reading LF with an impression. That impression is the sum total effect LF's various posters have had on the reader. (The "LF Personality Effect"!)
Individuals are composite awarenesses. A person's state-of-being at any given moment is a composite of different awarenesses. Look below the surface of any feeling, and you'll find myriad other, serpentine feelings intertwining together, forming a moving shape we call this feeling, or that feeling, or another. Sometimes, these shapes come into being for specific reasons and, when the reasons for their being are gone, the shapes unravel themselves, let the things which make them up go to be recycled for other shapes, and cease to exist. At other times, the shapes remain. Sometimes, without harm. Sometimes, not.
Thoughts?

| | | Reminds me a bit of some of the earlier writings on the study of psychology. Very in depth look at a process that's relatively simple to understand. Almost so much so that it becomes meaningless just how deep we've decided to look. You trailed off a bit at the end, got a little abstract. I was expecting a big conclusion from the study you were making, is there more?
(Not insulting what you've written what so ever, just curious to see where you're taking the info you've expressed.)

Thoughts? I like this thread. Want more time to think about & will bump to remember. Initial impressions:
Nothing we think/conceive is unique. Biology is, and has had millions of years on us to try out all sorts of weird things. I would say that anything we conceive IS real, we may have just not discovered it yet. Show me something truly new that doesn't exist in some form in biology past or present....
The other stuff about collective conciousness & LF: Personally, I always make a point to remember the source of any information I learn. Helps with deciding its present or future validity when I put it to use. | |

Just extrapolating a little bit, don't want to push though.

(Not insulting what you've written what so ever, just curious to see where you're taking the info you've expressed.) I seldom aim at destinations since the here and now is always the place I end up arriving to. I more often follow processes.

| | | I think you may have misunderstood me, Circle. It was compliment. Like: Scarcely any need for words when the guy MORE than merely understands almost anything I say, but also elaborates upon it accurately. May as well just shut up and have a telepathic conversation.

| | | Aaaahh, I wasn't sure what you were saying.
What are some characteristics of a healthy One awareness? Are there basic truths associated with reaching such clarity? Like things you need to know to get there.
