I was very surprised that US Supreme Court made a ruling that family houses and family homes can be demolished for public developments!

But here is an interesting twist to this story that was put on by some clever US citizents to battle the obvious injustice

This is not a new story, but of course, the judge's house being targeted is. I hope he DOES lose his house. It would serve him right.

I find this so very very frightening. I mean something like this can so easily be used as a weapon against whole communities, minorities or in fact anybody with a differing opinion. The state has officially become the oppressor in my eyes. I am glad we don't have anything like this here in Australia... And yes, I hope the judge who stood for this looses his house as well!!! How funny it would be if Bush's Ranch was targeted in the same way???
