I never shave against my facial hair for 2 reasons.
1. I hate ingrown hairs and shaving against causes me to get more of those.
2. I simply don't like my skin feeling like a baby's ass.

and of course it's all about us.. duh! kidding. But I would shave my .. bikini area for my bf, and he'll shave his face for me if I ask. yay, no friction (; anyway, since it is a LDR, he can have his beard and I can admire it but don't have to get stubble rash when we're together. He has a crazy facial hair growth rate anyway; it'll probably grow back the day I leave for the airport.
