I don't need any advice, just need to mentally kick some shit around in anger for a few minutes...

My boyfriend and I used to buy groceries quite frequently together, so naturally we'd both eat the food. Lately I've gone a few times without him, however, spending my money alone of the food. Give it two days tops and it's gone. One time I bought a pint of ice cream each for him and I to have our own and he ate both.... just recently I bought some fruit and especially these really great looking strawberries that I was looking forward to eating when I came home from work the next day. But wait! One left. Yes, one. He had the courtesy to leave me............one. It's been about 4 days since then and he still hasn't replaced them, and I know he has no intention of it because every time I bring it up he just blows me off.

So I walk into the living room just now and he wants me to go pick him up some food from somewhere. I ask about the strawberries and he says "well...." then turns back to his video game.

The thing is he's probably 150 lb. at most. Where does it all go? The 19 year-old male's stomach is an enigma...

Obviously none of this is a big deal, I say it all in jest.

Damn strawberries.

i'm like that too. i have a good metabolism. you need to feed him.

Being territorial over food is silly IMO. Just tell him what his half of the grocery bill is and move on. Life is too short to be worried about strawberries.

Giga, I'm not buying him groceries. I'm buying me groceries and he's eating them. I'll make him pay me back or buy me more eventually, it's just not on the top of my priorities. When it comes to, say, him being at the grocery store then I'll tell him to buy me more.

I weight in at 150lbs, I am toned, and I eat like I am a human garbage can...god I love my metabolism. I love strawberries but honestly...who the hell looks forward to eating strawberries all day long?
