Unless he is mentally ill, it isn't all that hard to get rid of unwanted males. Males are less able to read subtlety than females. You need to tell him directly and bluntly that you aren't interested in him, and then cut all contact.

just because i didn't want to make yet ANOTHER thread. i thought i'd just bump this one with new information. so today was my first day at Wings to Go..and of course it was miserable. it was so hot in the kitchen, i was sweating like a farm animal. anyway, so my boss's son was working with me today. And..he's like..the cutest thing i've ever seen. He's hysterical. OF COURSE..since i think he's cute he said like two words to me the entire day. That's how it always is though, i guess. crush on the boss's son, YES. AWESOME. that's all.

pffft that doesn't mean anything. It was only the first day. A lot of guys are shy. Try initiating conversation with him next time you work there. Ask him questions and stuff. Smile at him! i was TRYING to initiate conversation. it's going to look so lame typing it. but we were all standing in the back and one of his two comments was "so what're you going to do for fourth of july?" and i replied with "i'm probably going to grill with the fam and pop fireworks" and he was like "drill and pop fireworks?", and another girl chimed in and said "she said GRILL" and in a voice DRIPPING with sarcasm i said "yes, drill..because sometimes i like to drill on the holidays". he was like "oh, that's cool." and walked off. tough crowd? jeeez. but yea, i figured maybe he was shy. i work with him and another guy tomorrow. i'll trap him in my web. -snickers-
