this is another one. my biggest weakness at any job, i have realized, is being able to suck up to people. i am just not a sucker upper. i don't like doing it, i don't want to, and i just won't.
also this team is highly punitive toward my client. every single meeting we have they belittle him, put him down, and think that's the only way to deal with his behavior. these tactics are so against my nature it's rediculous.
but since i'm new, the family doesn't feel like my insight is worthwhile. mind you i've been working with people like this (very challenging behavior) for over ten years, and i've known this client that long as well.
oh well, i'm not stressing. i'll miss the money, but i won't miss the work and the stress.
