I think i'll stick to the easy stuff, walking, chasing after my soon to be three year old... running in circles. Now that is exerisise. After so many circles you get dizzy and it adds a new perspective on running. lol. (really my daughter can run as fast as me. Bad hip! but luckly in don't bother me in the other department much....i thank my genes for making me double jointed in elbows and hips.)

Why not at all. I didn't say anything with the intention to offend. Actually I didn't read your whole post about lifting. I just saw all the lingo I used to hear when I used to lift and that was the first thing that sprung to mind.
