For all of you who dont know - I run an IRC network (Internet Relay Chat) called pl3x.net

I have been working for awhile to get a java applet to work on our server so that ppl could easily connect to our irc server from a web browser.

Normally you would have to download a IRC client and set it all up correctly then connect - but the applet takes out all the hassel of doing that

Just go to the webpage listed below and Type in the name you would like to go by and then hit the connect button and BOOM - your on !

BTW - If I am violating any rules with this post please tell me - I am not sure if this would be considered advertising or not - I am not out for money or anything - just to get ppl on my network to chat with me and my friends. hehe

Please note that you MUST have JAVA installed on your system for this applet to work.

I will post a link to the JAVA Sun REE download here when I get home. But if you cant wait for me to get the java link up here do a search on google for it. It is called 'JAVA Sun' - the site has a green section at the top right that says 'DOWNLOAD FREE..' so if you find a site that does not contain that your getting the wrong JAVA program.

Problem is my school blocks all my downloadable sites stuff.. It's so irritatin'.. Grrr..

hehe - I know the feeling - I cant do shit at work - Everything is blocked. Emails, file transfers, ip's, about 75% of all websites....

I cant get on my IRC network from here...

I cant VNC to my computer at home from here...

I cant use instant messengers from here....

I have seemed to find about 3 or 4 websites that I actually like that are not blocked from work... This site right here is one of them.

I could get around it all IF I really wanted to - but this job is the best job I have EVER had and I dont want to risk loosing it for ANYTHING.

Yeah.. then don't risk it.. But I'm 24/7 here.. At least you get to go home afterwards.. LoL..
