About the halftime shows, after the whole Janet Jackson thing, I guess they want to catch senior citizen artists ... Although, I was psyched about Paul McCartney, but the Stones looked pretty horrible in my opinion ... and I know it's not just because they're old because I've seen other recent concerts and Mick was much more energetic.
