Stoli is not the best type of Vodka. Actually all Vodka made in western countries is very average compared to the one imported from Russia. Best one though Ukrainian Vodka called "Pertsovka" (Or Pepper Vodka) you can get these with up to 60% and they literally burn down your throat.

The largest I will buy for myself is 80 proof, but I will take a shot of higher concentrations and what not.
