For example, my friend claims to be straight but has had gay sex more than a handful of times ?? confusing I know, so I am inventing a new word to help straighten this issue out (no pun)
Manasexual- (noun) A male who has never been involved sexually with another man.
It can also be used as an adjective.

In case you don't know either:
1 a: of, relating to, or characterized by a tendency to direct sexual desire toward the opposite sex
b: of, relating to, or involving sexual intercourse between individuals of opposite sex

If your friend had sexual relations with the same sex, then he's not heterosexual ... eithere way, I don't see a difference between heterosexual and your term.
