Also, someone posted about the Cuban coffee served in little baby cups. Well I don't know about the Cubes but the Turkish do something similar and whew that stuff makes regular drip seem like dishwater by comparison. Highly recommeded next time you're in a middle eastern restaurant even though it is $4 for ~6 ounces.

coffee is a cooling drink, which is why it's very prevalent and revered in hot places. though people like to think it warms you up in the winter time, those peoples are wrong.
