If you were not there anymore, gone, caput, finished, over... and then one day, you came back. But, you were back as someone else... do you think the people you once knew would recognize you? Just a thought.

If I looked completely different, then probably not.

i think that they would recognize parts of your personality, but if you came back as someone else, i think that some of your personality would also change because people would probably treat you different. i'd come back as a hot chick and whore out just to see what it was like. and then i'd probably hate myself after for doing so in that i would get treated like crap. but it's a change.

People wouldn't even recognize you through personality unless there is something extremely distinct. If you came back looking like someone else with the same personality, people might say, "Oh, you remind me of <so-and-so>." They wouldn't say you are so-and-so.

so, lets say... um, if a member on this site left for.. whatever reason, and then decided to post again, under a new name... i guess eventually people would find out sooner or later? just a thought.

I think it's different online. Anyone could make a new account.

Also, depends on how much you try to bring out your distinct personality traits.

People have tried that before. We usually end up figuring them out, because it's usually the obnoxious ones that can't hide their obnoxiousness.

All the same to me. I would use this perk to my advantage. But then again, yeah they probably would recognize my weird personality.
