A few of my relatives and I decided to go to the zoo today since the weather is beautiful and everyone has nothing else to do. We looked at a lot of animals at the park and it was great.

Everyone was cheerful until a group of about five teen African American-looking males that looked between 16-18 years of age, started shooting the goats with water guns filled with soap. One guy kept aiming at the goats eyes. It was terrible. Then, they started climbing the fence!!! One guy got in and egged on his friend to get into the animal pen, but the friend didn't. That guy then went on to shoot the animals close up and beat them. It was ****ing cruel. I immediately looked around to see if there were any guards or zoo keepers around to tell them but I didn't see any! I ran around for a bit but kept going back to see if the guy had left, but he was still torturing animals. One man who is a parent told the guy to stop but he wouldn't. It went on for a while, but then I think someone called the police or something because the guy climbed out of the fence.

I was pissed for a good hour!!! I wish I could murder him. People like him should die. They should be chained down on the ground and a bulldozer should run them over, crushing first their feet and legs and then up to their face. I would watch it too. ****ing piece of shit.

By the way, I'm not one of those crazy animal lovers or anything. I also think that people who litter or make graffiti on public places should die.

I feel very unsatisfied. I've had a hard time dealing with many situations like this. How do I cope with this anger? If I could be someone like "The Punisher", I would.

That's a horrible thing to witness ... especially when families are trying to enjoy their Memorial Day ... f*ckin' assholes ... Where the hell were all the guards and/or zookeepers!?

I'm sure you saw the story about the tiger attacking and killing two teenagers under similar circumstances in San Fransisco last year. Stupid kids... I don't know why they don't have more security available to protect the animals, and why they don't make their pens more safe from invaders. Poor animals.

If you could recognizethe kids, maybe you can call the zoo and offer to testify against them if they would press charges.

Yup ... I live 2 minutes away from the SF Zoo ... And I know the tigers were provoked ... 2 of the guys that were attacked are multiple felons ...

the answer is simple, if you don't want to see violence on this holiday, then stay home and chat online with me.

personally i think that too many of the zoos do lack the proper caging to keep animals out of harms way. a simple plexi-glass would have stopped this incident, but everyone has their hard times when it comes to extra cash.

i would think that most zoos would have video cameras for the protections of its visitors.

Yeah they were handgun sized that looked something like this:


It shot a good distance and it was filled with soap. Every time the goats would come near to eat off grass that people had in their hands, the low life gang of boys would shoot the goats in the eyes with soap water. It was worse when that guy was actually in the pen.

Yes, I do have a lot of rage. I have been told to look like a cute little quiet teen girl (I'm actually 24), so when I lash out sometimes, people are shocked. Speak softly and carry a big stick!!!!

I was thinking, maybe I should learn how to blow poison darts so I could discretely kill offending criminals.
