I'm off from work today (paid holiday). I'm going to see some fireworks in NYC. I'll have to pay attention to my surroundings and walk fast!

Happy Independence Day, even though it ended about 4 hours ago.

My evening actually turned out okay - I went fishing with a friend and we talked about life. I do feel bad because the first fish I tried to fillet, was a waste, because my knife was dull and I really feel bad about killing it

Now I am back home, drinking a beer, getting ready for bed.
