My dad had a hernia. He went into surgery with an outie belly button. He came out with an innie.

That's painful, man. Heal up quick.

thanks Gribble. I had an umbilical hernia. Those of you who've seen my bodybuilding pics before know what it looked like. Surprisingly, I'm not in that much pain although it hurts like a b*tch to sneeze. My surgeon said I should be able to perform isolation exercises with light weight in 2 weeks and return to normal lifting in 6 weeks.
