Physically perhaps, but not mentally. Your mind continues evolving and getting stronger if you continue to exercise it. But when your body is old it's not as capable of doing the same things you could when you were young. For instance when you are a teenager you are capable of say.....having sex, but your mind won't let you for lets say personal reasons. When you are
old you WANT to have the sex, dare I say even CRAVE it, but your body just won't let you,(or you don't have the opportunities you did earlier in life). What's worse? Being able to and choosing not to, or
wanting to and not being able to? I'm using sex as an example, but it could be ANYTHING physical really. When we are young, fear just seems to keep us more reserved. It's a practical joke by Mother Nature I guess. Not funny mum!
