hi all! im a newbie here n i dont know if this question has been asked before...sometimes, i feel old in reading some topics....so

i wanna know how old r u?

how old is ur hubby/wife,,,,bf/gf (or ex bf/gf)?

i wanna start with myself....

im 35 yrs old......n my bf is 29 yrs old.

Annoyed yet? Then my job here is done! Seriously, I don't like telling my age because it creates your typical judgement calls. I don't like being placed with a particular group at any given time. I've always been this way. When I was 18, people assumed I lacked responsibility and maturity before I could prove them right or wrong. Now I'm in my thirties and people assume a whole host of other negative things. Just like when you say the word divorced. It creates an image in people's minds and it's not always a good one. I'm an individual and my circumstances and life are unique to me. My last boyfriend was nine years younger than me. But I have dated guys the same age and older as well. It depends on the guy.

Ugh, it's so true and yet I feel ashamed that I often end up doing just that when I hear things.

Awe, don't worry Zekk, my friend. I've even been guilty of that, even though I HATE having it done to me. BUT, as time has gone on, I learn to judge less and listen more. With experience comes wisdom, (most of the time). It's true. Youth really IS wasted on the young. Why couldn't we start out at the end and go backwards? By the time you learn how lucky you are and have the confidence to really do the things you enjoy, your youth has slipped away. I guess that's what they call a mid-life crisis. But I'm not there YET! lol
