My computer crashed and had to start over from scratch-manufacture start over-I LOST EVERYTHING-my pictures of Iron and I-omg and so many other pictures that I adore that I cant share obviously. I shouldve listened to Iron a few weeks ago and started to back up and save-did I? NOOOOOOOOOOO
Lesson learned you guys if youre comp starts acting nutso-BACK UP!
So now I get to spend this awesome gorgeous day downloading all my programs...this sucks balls

| | Ow! Now thats a depressing way to start your weekend. Not to often your whole computer will crash and destroy all your software. Could possibly be the software/hardware thats causing it to crash too?? *ponders*
But, yes, after you finish re-installing, make a backup disk just in case... Always better to be safe then sorry.
But, remember you still got some of those pics of you an iron on the forum gallery  So, not everything is lost!

| | | I have crashed so many systems i dont even care anymore when it happens - I learned to back up everything on a weekly basis - I have about 250 CD's full of crap from about 2 years of backups.
The only thing i dont back up is my music. I back up logs (yes i log EVERYTHING), apps, pics, websites, cracks, keys, code, etc etc...
But yeah - I understand your frustration - it gets easier with each crash tho - trust me. I have prolly 4 or 5 crashes a year - but the ones I have are from wars and such, and ussualy end with me having to buy new hardware because someone fried my machine.
