That's weird...is it on a CD or disk or right on your computer's hard drive (like the "C" drive or something like that). If it's on CD then maybe you can't go modifying the file, but otherwise you should be able to change it..unless it has restrictions as a read-only which you could probably change.

Do you know how to find your pic like on Windows Explorer or My Computer or something like that where you're just looking at the file along with others?

Good! Now post them. Click "Reply" to someone's message, or just "Go Advanced" in the quick reply..then scroll down to a button that says "Manage Attachments" and from there find the file by clicking "brose", then "upload" then close window and when you submit it should appear..
