| | | Cold Remedies Well, I caught a cold and my throats killing me. Currently I'm help it with some tea and vaporub. I was curious though. What cold remedies worked for you when you were sick? Do you have a special family recipe?
I hate colds SO much!

Eat chicken soup. and a tooth of garlic always helps out the defenses..even if it doesn't taste so good and you'll be no good for kissing while the taste is in your mouth!

| | | usually a couple of days of rest will allow you to drink after that. however after drinking, usually the froggy voice returns if you're not ready to drink. that is the chance that you have to take.
also this is kinda off topic but when i was sick, i took some dayquil and went out clubbing. weirdly i didn't feel intoxicated or sick. i was feeling pretty good, but i think somehow the dayquil contradicted the alcohol in my system. raverboy

I don't drink during a cold illusional. Except when its really bad and it calls for a hot toddie (tea/coffee with some whiskey in it). Lets you sweat out the cold.

And from what I read from your posts. I find that to be a usual occurance.
Edit: Try not to take the above to offence. I'm sick, I have a headache and I want to kill something! Anybody got a gun I can borrow? Lets go hunt some wabbit...
