How do you stop feeling jealous? I think sometimes it has to do with your own self esteem. No matter what people tell you about yourself it never seems to help. My question is how/when do you ever stop getting jealous and why does it happen. Is it not possible to ever feel good enough about yourself that you don't have to worry about your man looking at other girls and thinking they want them. I don't understand this guy thing. Any advice?

i think jealous occurs because of the lack of trust in a relationship. everyone looks at an attractive person, but the trust that should be in a relationship stops them from cheating...usually. raverboy

The only way to stop feeling jealous if to not fear loss! Either stop caring about things, or delude yourself into the notion that everything you care about is un-losable!
