snapped my knee like a twig snowboarding when I was 12. After 4 surguries and 5 years of physcial therapy later... all is good. Man did that hurt tho..

the brace's wire would give you a blister? that is really weird. when the wire shifted in my mouth, it would actually cut the gum and i would have to schedual an appointed to get that fixed.

however i did look some brackets a few times. they tell you not to bite into anything hard and back in the days i used to love those tootsie roll pops. however it took forever to get to the middle and usually i would end up biting it. there went a few backets that i needed to replace.
