If you are to give somebody happiness, is it your right to take it away?

Or, rather.. in other form: If you give somebody a gift, have you the right to take back what you have given?

Once you have given something to someone then it belongs to them and the only way to get it back is for them to give it to you....right?

Once you've given something it is no longer your possesion, in order for it to be returned the other party must give it back to you.

I'm one of the least *******'ish on this site. I did what I did because Laguna got childish, he attacked me first for doing my job as a mod, and then he just got worse from there. He had more then ample opportunity to make nice, but no he himself admited he just wanted to be the bad guy.

But as far as on topic goes. When you give something to somebody, it is theirs and you pretty much gotta ask for it back unless they give it back themselves. Now, there are exceptions to this rule. For example, a wedding date gone bad, your gonna get that ring back because it did not work. If that person didn't want to give the ring back, 9/10 you can get it back through court.
