I know what you mean but to be best friends with someone you have to know them for a long time more or less(Unless you barely have friends). For example..I know one of my friends since I was 5 years old. I fall for some girl and she is supposed to be my best friend right away?. I dont want it to sound bad...I think that being someones lover and GF/BF is beyond friends and in-fact greater. Friendship is more of a word used to describe someone you are close with but NOT sexually.
