for some reason, it tastes better than the actually pizza. maybe because the bread is softer.

new york pizza is too thin - that's not how the italians origonaly wanted it

if you want REAL, deep pan thick yet soft crusted pizza with tomatoe sauce of mixed herbs and spices grained from italy, they you want chicago style pizza

the cheese is kept to the right amount, enough to balance the texture of the crust, and complement the desired sauce of choice

toppings are an art - each ingredient cut to the exact amount desired for fresh crisp taste

i've never had pizza in new york, then again, i've never been to new york. however when i wake up in the morning with a hangover, i don't mind cold pizza at all.
