| | | Around the World... I recently wrote a thread here, which I've erased/edited. I don't think people here would be interested in "Around the World..." anyways.

Wow RSK you're such a genius, you should be a ****in' teacher or something.
All I've ever known is MTV and gangster rap.
Now get the **** off your high horse, cause I'm sick of it.

| | | I'd be lying if I said I can just leave, because I've grown kind of attached to this forum. Which is why I thought I'd post this kind of thread. I think it was the wrong idea.

| | | Ha! Yeah, I'm 22. As I said before, it was the wrong idea to post this thread.
I will say one last thing concerning this matter though - Since moving to America, I've noticed people are WAY too sensitive about current events that occur in the world. I don't think that is a good thing. With sensitivity comes censorship, and with censorship comes hiding/not seeing the truth. I guess I'm the minority when it comes to this subjet, which is why I've decided to take two steps back.

| | | You've just contradicted your original post, in which you were implying that Americans are too ignorant about world events to be sensitive to them.

| | | shh! I really do not know what you are talking about.
When I say Americans are too sensitive, I mean to say they shy away from events occuring outside of our borders. And that is not a good thing.
I want to end this discussion here: because it's not productive.

| | | Your argument makes little sense. Shying away from world events leads to censorship? If you make this sort of claim, you need support this claim with some sort of evidence to support it.
You were doing better with your first post, which aside from its arrogant assumption that no one but you reads the paper, actually DID have a point, and one I could agree with to some extent.
