Geezuz...ok Ive told you guys about kyles dumbass idiotic things he's done in the past, here goes the latest. Lastnight Chris and I were downtown walking and shopping. I get home and the phone rings, its Kyle at the hospital WTF you better NOT be joking kid. Sure enough, are you guys familiar with the Vonage commericials? Where they show stupid people doing stupid things? Thats my kid on the treadmill! He had it running at 12 mph, jumped on, and damnnnnnnn, he fell flat on his face, broke his chin open, burns on his face and his knees, yes he flew into the wall afterwards.

My gawd, what my son does and the idiotic choices he makes for himself, this is exactly WHY he's not getting his car right now. He turned 16 in June. I think not.

My nephew did a similar stupid stunt with a grocery cart with a bunch of his buddies, and one of them had to be taken in for stitches on his head. Dumb boys!

Okay, yeah, we do stupid things sometimes..but is it not worth it sometimes? For some of us anyway. I mean some people need a rush every now and then just to make life worth living. Unfortunately some of us have really bad luck and end up getting hurt..but this may be because of our fear of doing things..it seems like the ones who face these adventures head on don't get hurt as bad (Jackass cast members). Like that TV ad:"Show me a rider who hasn't taken a fall and I'll show you a rider who hasn't done anything...when you can face that possibility head on and not fear it then..something..." In any case..think of all the good skaters..they've all had broken limbs multiple times..but this gives them a rush.

I'm way too cautious a fellow, though. I don't want to die or get hurt, so I keep my pleasures simpler.
